Best of Southwest Iowa 2024: Nominations End August 31, Voting Begins October 1

 Please note changes in the details of the 2024 competition:
 - Nominations open August 1, 2024, and close August 31, 2024.
 - Voting commences October 1, 2024, and concludes October 31, 2024.
 - Winners will be notified December 2, 2024, and are asked to keep statuses confidential until the public is notified December 9, 2024.
 - Only one valid email address may be used per nomination and voting cycle per year.
 - Top five nominations, including ties, advance to voting.

A new feature of the 2024 Best of Southwest Iowa website is the Directory Listing feature. In an effort to connect the community of the region, Directory Listings are available year-round at this central location. While search engines connect listings by city, this resource connects people across the region. All paid advertising space has no influence on competition results or participation eligibility. Results are based on free participant virtual input, ensuring a fair and impartial outcome.
 The Best of Southwest Iowa, LLC competition is an independent initiative dedicated to celebrating the exceptional contributions of local businesses and individuals.
