Prairie Dome Farm is a small producer of local vegetables, fruits and jams. We are dedicated to growing sustainably and using organic farming methods.
We participate in Farmer’s Markets in Harlan, Avoca and Walnut. We well to local produce markets also.
Mary and Scott Buchanan are retired science teachers that moved back to her family farm in 2023. We love being on the farm and enjoy growing healthy and local food. We also put up a geodesic dome greenhouse which allows us to grow citrus and figs and other foods and flowers year round.
